Accountable for HR activities including manpower Planning, re-sourcing, recruitment, selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, staff welfare, training-development, HR policies & procedures, payroll, designing and implementing HR strategies and processes.

 Managing overall manpower budgeting, planning, hiring and recruitment while efficiently handled the human resource and implementing a well-designed induction and orientation to ensure smooth entry of the new employee into the main stream of the company
 Talent Acquisition - Creating a talent pool to the hiring needs of the organization and ensure a smooth flow of processes resulting into a successful hire.
 Review existing compensation-benefit policies, identify loopholes and establish competitive programs
