• Played a major role in Telenor CBS Implementation project, in testing and UAT for Product Catalog Module (PCM) which is used for defining and configuring products and their tariff/ rates in CBS.

- Ufone, Pakistan

• Worked for short time in Ufone OCS Customization Team and provided support in defining and configuring 3G data tariffs in the very first launch of Ufone 3G in Pakistan.

- MTN, Sudan

• Provided onsite support for 3 months in almost all modules of billing system.
• Assisted onsite working team for the first time implementation of MNP change request.

- Warid Telecom, Pakistan

• Implemented on site billing and bill-printing solution.
• Provided on-site support in Call Center, Bill Printing and Inventory modules of TABS system.
• Implemented many change requests (CRs) in ongoing business.

- Banglalink, Bangladesh

• Conducted on-site UATs and implemented many change requests in Call Center area within the deadline defined by customer.

• Minimized the monthly expanses and time-consuming efforts on a manual procedure of smart card activation at payphone network server machines by providing a soft solution of card activation through SMS.

• Presented a self-made software project on behalf of the company at Open House 2005 held at Military College of Signals and appreciated by the Chief Guest Dr. Samar Mubarakmand, Chairman National Engineering & Scientific Commission, Pakistan.

• Done embedded programming for feeding built-in tariff in GSM payphones.

• Software support of Payphone Network Management System was provided to the most famous payphone companies in Pakistan, like World Call, Telecom Foundation (TF), TeleFast and Pearl Comm.

• Designed and worked on different modules of Network Management System (NMS), a famous payphone management software of Comcept (Pvt.) Ltd.
