 Handling all HR Staff related issues, viz leave Management - HRMS, Attendance, Staff loans both on origination, record, control, report & follow up.
 Lead role in the U.A.E. for providing Line Managers with guidance & support on Performance Management System related tasks and issues.
 Coordinating with the HR team for the Separation process, from resignation to completing the separation process.
 Tracking and Follow-up on the completion of Annual performance reviews, probation reviews and company contracts.
 Responsible to all Branch Administrative tasks.
 Tender Committee - Secretary to the U.A.E. Tender Committee
Handling the tender procedures and ensuring timely renewals of the contracts. Preparing the PR forms for the procurement of fixed assets for the branch and ensuring proper correspondence with Tender Committee Oman & Projects, Procurement & Facility Management (PPFM).
