Functioning as the key HR contact point for UAE and liaising between HO-Oman & UAE.
End to end Recruitment process.
Assist in the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Liase with the recruiters and headhunters.
Assist in performing reference and background checks for New Joinees.
Coordination with the Government & External Relations Officer (PRO) on documentation with respect to Labour approvals and Visa Processing.
Responsible for arranging Group Medical Insurance for all Staff in the U.A.E.
Maintain and update all Employee files for U.A.E. (hard copy).
Responsible for all the employee records to be updated and maintained in the HRMS (Human Resources Management System).
Preparing Employee, salary certificates in English for Staff.
Help and assist the Oman Recruitment team for on boarding candidates.
Liaise with the HR Policy team to provide appropriate suggestions for new and amendment of the HR policy to ensure that the maximum business and performance benefits are achieved.
Responsible for the U.A.E. Staff Training calendar; updating Line Managers and system accordingly
Handling all HR Staff related issues, viz leave Management - HRMS, Attendance, Staff loans both on origination, record, control, report & follow up.
Lead role in the U.A.E. for providing Line Managers with guidance & support on Performance Management System related tasks and issues.
Coordinating with the HR team for the Separation process, from resignation to completing the separation process.
Tracking and Follow-up on the completion of Annual performance reviews, probation reviews and company contracts.
Responsible to all Branch Administrative tasks.
Tender Committee - Secretary to the U.A.E. Tender Committee
Handling the tender procedures and ensuring timely renewals of the contracts. Preparing the PR forms for the procurement of fixed assets for the branch and ensuring proper correspondence with Tender Committee Oman & Projects, Procurement & Facility Management (PPFM).
Ensuring compliance with the HR Audit requirements.
