• Perform analysis of course syllabus to identify the scope of content to be developed
• Develop instructional objectives that fit within and are consistent with course syllabus
• Prepare standards and guides for content development
• Work with different types of input material to create instructionally sound content
• Design appropriate interactivity and assessment instruments to measure students learning Conduct visualization process with the development team
• Work with other team members to ensure quality and accuracy of content developed
• Guide team members in developing instructional contents based on the standards agreed upon.
• Communicate with team members to motivate and lead them to successful implementation of the projects.
• Conduct QA to ensure developed content follows the standards and development guides
• Conducting school based tasks/practicum, projects, research work, lesson planning & delivery
• Work closely with the principal and college staff to ensure smooth and effective running of the semester
• Handle administrative tasks like preparing and maintaining important files and processing paperwork
• Managing workshops and other curricular and co-curricular activities time to time
• Handle the tasks of evaluating teacher’s performance and formulate personal policies for students Assist teachers in lesson planning and class room activities
• Implement and design systems for tracking teachers and students attendance
• Attend workshops and conferences with teachers and students.
