Responsibilities:- work closely with team, plan and implement business related employee requirements, coordinating and liaising with customers and public, Perform office administrative function such as assistance in scanning invoices, generating internal Payment & Purchase Related Forms and completing the assignment.Compiles data and assists in analysis to establish facilities equipment and computer needs. Assists in developing solutions. Processes requests for facilities equipment and computer needs.Assist in clearing payments relating to office and employees.Attend or participate in company functions as required.
Keep abreast of the competition by sourcing through brochures, print publications, newspapers, websites and / or phone calls.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer needs and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.
