•Managing external referrals internally and externally
•Linking with partners/other organizations on HI entry criteria
•Identifing the different services provided at local level for HI beneficiaries
•being responsible of the Intake Hotline, beneficiaries waiting list updates and a focal point for the waiting list feedback from the field team.
Ensuring a smooth coordination between the work of field and database
•Assisting in Supervising the process and quality of all data.
•Extracting and analyzing data from database.
•Demonstrating willingness to adapt data collection and analysis to Project's needs and filed work.
•Identify specific needs of the beneficiaries, contribute to the assessment of these needs and/or directly assess these needs as required.
•Answer to the identified needs, by providing direct support (donation of basic items) and refer internally and externally as needed, respecting confidentiality and the right of the beneficiary.
•Develop and reinforce the relationships with INGO, LNGO, authorities, community focal points and any other stakeholders on the field to improve the identification system, with the support of DVFP Field officer.
•Participate to the psychosocial strategy of intervention by identifying the beneficiaries and organizing group sessions
•Report data on group activities, follow-up on individual cases and organize the daily and weekly activities
•Participate in the analysis and reporting of global issues in the refugee population
