This company is a major Concrete ReadyMix Company having lot of Customers . I am working as a QA/QC.
Duties involved: Supervising for Collection of Samples, Testing all materials like Aggregates, Cement, Admixtures, water etc. Conducting lab trial mixes, Confirm the quality through lab tests, Testing of Fresh Concrete and Hardened Concrete. Controling of Junior Technicians
Present Technical issues and recommend practical remedies for issues at site Minimize cost over-run Report technical deficiencies in execution plan and offered feasible coast effective solutions without sacrificing quality and dealing with consultants
Monitoring the Quality of fresh and Hardened Concrete, Testing of Aggegates, Cement, Admixtures and controlling of Junior Technicians
The company is a major Contracting Company in India having major clients ( AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF INDIA, VSSC, INDIAN RAILWAY etc) Responsible for supervision of all aspects concerning quality assurance and quality control of materials used during the execution of works to ensure compliance with specification requirements.
Maintain liaison between upper and middle management, Supervise day to day laboratory tests as per relevant standard requirements.
