Responsible for all the recruitment process starting from bringing new clients, negotiation, making the agreement, short listing, contacting the short listed candidates, initial interview, arranging and scheduling the interviews between the client and the candidates, coordinating, following up between both client and candidate satisfaction, negotiation offer until having a successful hiring, preparing the invoice to the client as per the signed agreement and following up until receiving the amount.

• Develop recruitment strategies and identify sources of applicants to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
• Developing relationships with external, internal agencies.
• Manpower forecasting based on organizational goals and objectives.
• Sourcing candidates.
• Screening, contacting and interviewing of applicants.
• Formulates and develop Job descriptions.
• Manage clients and candidates database.
• Recruitment monitoring/activity status report.
• Searching the market needs.
• Negotiate the client to finalize the agreement.
• Organize and implement client relations including: Client calls, presentation, closing deals and following up on client satisfaction.
• Coordinate, review, edit and execute requested Proposals from the client.
• Develops and maintains weekly status recruitment reports with detailed schedule of timeframes of the full recruitment process.
• Getting the candidates information from the online recruitments websites, social networks, posting and advertisement.
• Head hunting professional and qualified candidates.
• Handles the recruitment process which includes short listing, contacting, initial interview for suitable candidates, evaluate interviews and score tests.
• Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
• Schedule interviews for the approved and selected candidates from the client.
• Prepare, maintain and update of the interview records and interview reports.
• Coordinate between both clients and candidates regarding interview appointment, requested documents and any other necessarily issues.
• Further processing of selected candidates and documentation of On Hold and Rejected candidates.
• Negotiating pay and salary rates between client and selected candidate to finalize the agreement “offer” in order to satisfy both sides.
• Forwarding the offer to the candidate and confirming the acceptance of it to the client.
• Supporting the other relationship managers and the recruitment team.
• Handles the recruitment process which includes short listing, contacting, initial interview for suitable candidates, evaluate interviews and score tests.
• Schedule for interview for the approved and selected candidates from the client.
• Head hunting professional and qualified candidates.
• Develops and maintains weekly status recruitment reports with detailed schedule time-frames for the full recruitment process.
• Updates job description by coordinating with the concerned departments/projects for the client.
• Working as an administrator to develop the company profile, service agreement in a way that satisfies the market needs in order to maximize the clients of ours.
