Position: Software Developer
Responsibilities:
The role is a combination of activities involving software production, software and database design, business and process analysis, support and expertise regarding successful resolution of issues.
Lead the project throughout the project phases from initiate to closure along with support and enhancement of the complete solution.
To implement and maintain quality software and systems.
Translate process and enhancement specifications into programs and develop or refine error-free code within agreed time scales using development techniques, tools, methods and languages with the aim to optimize operational efficiencies.
Participate in software documentation, design and prepare test plan strategies and oversee test scripts to validate all new software development and enhancements.
Attend to incidents as and when they arise (queries / functional / technical) and translate functional requirements into the specification of functional processes.
Generating Reports, Creating alerts & pop-up messages
Creating Users, their Profiles and setting Permissions for users on the basis of their profile.
Giving adequate training to users.
Design aspx pages for the existing VB.Net Application
Coding
Creating reports using RDLC
Debugging & Testing
Error Handling
Client Support
Reporting to Project Manager
