dealing all kinds of Fiber Optic Network maintenance activities with Jeddah and also West Region wide as per required by the management.

• Supervision of the outside plant (OSP), installations, testing & commissioning of Fibre optics cables.
• Planning & implementation of access and junction and long distance Transmission Networks.
• Troubleshooting, relocations and installation help and support for the FTTH, FTTM and FTTB from PON port up to the customer termination ONT.
• Splicing/Jointing & Termination and testing using OTDR and Power meter for Optic Fiber Cable.
• Operation and Maintenance of (Metro & LDI Network).
• Proven communication, planning & leadership skills with focus on conflict & problem resolution.
• Good Experience of Consultancy handling optical Network related Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting
• Good Experience of managing deputed teams on the different site to solve multiple problems.
• Knowledge (CCNA certified & SDH/DWDM training) and experience on different equipments (Data, SDH, NGN, VDSL, FTTH ALU and DWDM).having strong command in troubleshooting and Network restoration.
• Managing Jeddah cable teams for troubleshooting, patrolling, Cable marking/Locating, MDTs.
• Managing E-mails from Cable group, Local STC, 3rd parties STC contractors also providing required Documents related to FOC.
• Managing troubleshooting activities (Fault localization with OTDR, Power meter, VFL, FJS, Key map), and Updates to RTTS, Cable Hotline & as well as Local STC if required. Alternate route selections in case of outages.
• Co-ordination with Local STC for the solution of pending cases, relocations and implementation issues, also exchange of documents.
• Managing FTTH Trouble tickets with the knowledge from PON port up to ONT through Splitters, Feder and FDT.
• Managing 3rd party activities near Existing Cable Network, as well as in installation of new or Relocation of FOC.
• Managing MDTs (FUP, Site preparation according to STC standards) to be done by STC contractors and our team.
I have worked on the installation of FTTH Project of Nayatel deployed all over the capital city Islamabad.
