Preparation of CADs for products of upcoming season and supporting documentation to build e-catalogue; which acts as a client order placement aid. Creation of labels for ranges.
Sample orders placement and aiding Head of Product in purchase related decision-making.
Placement of bulk orders after consolidating distribution and retail team numbers.
Preparing and keeping track of product and margin related documentation.
Issuing of payment for sample and bulk orders. Liaison with finance team to ensure timely release of funds.
Communicating with suppliers on product, pricing, payment and shipment related issues.
Liaise with shipping team to ensure smooth receipt of goods.
Following up with back office teams to ensure timely generation of goods received reports, updating records and communicating the same to necessary individuals and/or teams.
Keeping track and updating records with marketing related activities for brands.
Extremely meticulous professional, have achieved a scholarship from UOWD in the first year and have been on the Dean’s Merit List for two consecutive years.
