•Completed Supply Chain Safety Risk Management Framework Development Project: This report presented a systematic approach to the developing a Supply Chain Safety Risk Managment Framework, and the outcome from applying this framework as a pilot to the alcoholic glass bottle supply chain in Victoria in order to model and quantify the benefits of applying a consistent, reliable and resilient supply chain safety risk management framework for use across supply chains.
•Completed CME Innovative Pallet Business Case Project: CME has developed a new lightweight heavy duty reusable pallet ( trademarked GloPal), made from glass fiber reinforced materials using CME’s compression molding process. CME needed a market appraisal and business plan to commercialise the product, initially in Australia and potentially elsewhere in the world.

•Stock management and control of the inbound receiving and outbound dispatch.
