• Project Manager of ERP development. Currently undertaken by the company to replace the 10+ year old system to cloud based application.
o Scope development for ERP modules through requirement gathering sessions. The requirements were mapped for Operations, Finance, Business Development, People & Compliance, Warehousing & Equipment Tracking, Administration and Application maintenance.

•Completed CME Innovative Pallet Business Case Project: CME has developed a new lightweight heavy duty reusable pallet ( trademarked GloPal), made from glass fiber reinforced materials using CME’s compression molding process. CME needed a market appraisal and business plan to commercialise the product, initially in Australia and potentially elsewhere in the world.
