Managed a team of Project, Presales, and Bid Managers, reporting to the MD and Board, responsible for business development in major total solution system projects: AMI, Automation, SCADA, Digital Metering, BMS, Safety/Fire Alarms, Solar Power, Satellite Equipment, Communication and many other advanced systems.
Planned and developed the target market, proposing projects to initiate business from scratch.
Established business partnerships with renowned international brand suppliers, EPC/MEP contractors and end users clients (governmental/private).

Participated in winning the first major project.
Built-up and maintained a high-potential client data base ensuring on-going business development.
Strategically pioneered and implemented one of the latest communication technologies (BPL, Broad-band over Power Line) with DEWA (Dubai Water & Electricity Authority) in partnership with a German company PPC (Power Plus Communication) in preparation for creating market demand and sales orders
