 Managed a team of Project, Presales, and Bid Managers, reporting to the MD and Board, responsible for business development in major total solution system projects: AMI, Automation, SCADA, Digital Metering, BMS, Safety/Fire Alarms, Solar Power, Satellite Equipment, Communication and many other advanced systems.
 Planned and developed the target market, proposing projects to initiate business from scratch.
 Established business partnerships with renowned international brand suppliers, EPC/MEP contractors and end users clients (governmental/private).

Achievements

 Participated in winning the first major project.
 Built-up and maintained a high-potential client data base ensuring on-going business development.
 Strategically pioneered and implemented one of the latest communication technologies (BPL, Broad-band over Power Line) with DEWA (Dubai Water & Electricity Authority) in partnership with a German company PPC (Power Plus Communication) in preparation for creating market demand and sales orders
