- Handling the operation of warehouses + transportation of Eastern Area of the company.
- Manage an operational area of 5, 500SqMtr of pharmaceutical, medical supplies, medical equipment, laboratory and veterinary products.
- Manage the inbound & outbound of the products of all the division with a team of 30 members.
- Manage the covid-19 vaccine distribution \[with -80 degree\] inside the Eastern Region of KSA, in coordination with MOH warehouses.
- Looking after the maintenance of the warehouse to be in complying with civil defense and local municipal bodies of the region.
- Do a major role of building and setting up new warehouse as part of company expansion.
- Shifting of the products from old rental warehouse to the own warehouse without any effect of the product quality, temperature, etc..
- Coordinate with QA department to make sure the company quality policy has been applied properly in all the area of operations.
- Manage a continues cycle count process for the products to make sure the quantity and batches are managed by maximum accuracy.
- Implement WMS inside the warehouse with the support of SAP team to make sure the warehouse operations are managed through the same.
- Implement serialization of the products \[RSD\] as part of the SFDA requirements to improve the track & trace of the products movements inside the KSA
- Managing a cold room with capacity of 100pallets position with automated temperature monitoring system.
- Handle all the delivery inside the region with proper monitoring of temperature of the products inside the trucks.
- Maintain temperature records of all the delivery with the support of temperature monitoring devices.
- Handling of the expired products on monthly wise and report to the concern department to get the approval for destruction and debit note from different suppliers.
- Handling the re-dressing works of the products on behalf of the suppliers \[the approval will arranged by the procurement department\], if there is any changes on products price, registration number, etc…
- Coordinate with QA team for the development of SOP of the Goods Distribution Practices inside the warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with different departments\[Admin, HR, Sales, Finance\] for the daily operations of the warehouse
- Coordinate with different suppliers for their jobs/maintenance works inside the warehouse/ trucks.
- Manage and supervise the team of 30 members for the 4 warehouse divisions inside the company along with 22 trucks.
- Supervising all the activities related to warehouses.
- Arrange and coordinate the delivery process with Sales & Maintenance department.
- Arrange and coordinate the delivery vehicles inside / outside company.
- Follow up with the different courier for the pickup for the shipments to the customer / branches.
- Arrange the delivery to branches along with products of different division inside the company.
- Taking appointment with the Hospitals for the delivery date.
- Arrange the day to day delivery activities of the warehouse.
- Prepare various reports upon the request from the supply chain director.
- Coordinate with purchase department for the various shipment and supervise with the warehouse staff for its further process.
- Supervise the arrangement of warehouse for the annual inventory.
- Participate a major role in implementing SOP of the company.
- Supervising the setting up of company warehouse.
- Arrange the raw materials, finished products, hardware’s, inside the various racks allotted inside the warehouse.
- Supervising the works allotted to the subordinates.
- Incorporating the details about the all products to the company ERP (Tally ERP 9.0) Setting the Product category, sub-category, item coding to the ERP solution.
- Provide guidance to the store clerk for maintain the previous data’s to the ERP solution.
- Planning of minimum re-order level, minimum stock to be maintained.
- Co-ordinate with the production, purchase & QC for the procurement and acceptance of the materials provided by the suppliers.
- Reporting to the higher management regarding the status of warehouse, future plans, etc.
- Handling warehouse operations related to medical equipment’s.
- Receiving shipments from different ports of KSA
- Checking the products, its quality, quantity and prepare the GRN.
- Report to concern department regarding any type of short, damage to process the insurance against the shipments.
- Inform the SALES/ MNT department about the arrival of shipments.
- Coordinate with SALE/MNT department against the delivery request and make sure the on time delivery according to the appointment with customers.
- Schedule the trucks according to delivery pattern to different area of KSA.
- Coordinate with truck drivers / MNT engineers for the delivery and customer receipts.
Working on BaaN \[ERP Solution\] as a coordinator clerk and doing all the works related to warehouse, such as process purchase request from various departments, making receipts of goods, handling issues to the production, handling sales orders and its delivery and working with year ending inventory management.
It was certificate program for the best practices to be carried out inside the warehouses.
