Plan IT budget (OPEX/CAPEX) & plan budget allocations to various quarters.
Regular team meetings for reviewing progress of the project
IT Infrastructure hardware and Software Procurement ( Servers, Network Devices, Software’s)
*Managing the IT budget and building a robust technology team for overseeing the application Development / Support, Infrastructure, Operations, Project Office as well as Project Management.
*Providing strategic direction on infrastructure related upgrades both from systems and network
*With self-initiative, designed & Implemented knowledge database and troubleshooting Docs.
*To work closely with business and fulfill the requirements which can benefit the business with policies.
*Owns managing Infrastructure & Operational Architecture build activities following enterprise standards or following the standards exception process.
*Manage infrastructure scope for the project and gain agreement and approval of scope changes.
*Owns completing all appropriate documentation required by the methods for Technical requirements, designs, build and testing of Infrastructure & Operational Architecture.
*Ensuring that all requirements are meet within the budget assigned
*Ensuring MPLS connectivity for all location.
*To liaise with software, hardware, switching and networking vendors/agencies for system enhancements for future requirements
