* Analyze, Review, Evaluate and Negotiate all received proposals and quotations for all invited bidders including coordination with all related departments
* Monitor and Control the Inventory for all the packaging materials related to the Meat Processing Plant and the Slaughter house including studying the storage capacity, planning the delivery schedule sent to suppliers based on Production plans and Export orders to ensure the availability of the material before enough time to be able to process the production smoothly.
* Coordinate with the store keepers located in the plant for receiving the material and evaluate the inventory every 3 months by detailed report showing the slow/non moving items with explanations for such cases.
* Work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments on improving the packaging of products and launching new items in the market.
* Conducting a commercial and technical evaluation and performs price analysis.
* Sourcing, selecting and negotiating for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
