Strategic Contribution:
As a senior manager, contribute towards the formulation and implementation of overall business strategies and plans which enable the achievement of company mission and objectives by ensuring the timely submittal of planning contributions
Leadership:
Ensure the effective achievement of commercial and operational objectives through the leadership of the a geographic location - setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to ensure that the highest level of performance is achieved.

Ensure the uniform implementation across all departments of all relevant commercial and operational policies and procedures in order to deliver a quality, cost-effective service to internal and external customers.

Direct the preparation of the operation department budget and monitor financial

Budget:
Contribute to the annual preparation of the CAPEX and Production Budgets to

Quality Control:
Ensure that all raw materials, manufactured/trading good items and
Manufacturing processes conform to the company specifications and quality
Standards.
Maintenance:
Make sure that preventive and corrective maintenance plans are carried out
Consistently to minimize breakdowns and optimize machine availability
Stores:
Ensure that the Stores are managed and controlled to ensure that no item is
Brought in to the Company or leaves the store without the correct Procedures
Being followed
Ensure stocks of Raw Materials, Consumables and Spare Parts are ordered in
Accordance to the max/min agreed upon stock levels
Safety, Quality & Environment:
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management
Policies, procedures and controls across the operation department to guarantee
Employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service
And a responsible environmental attitude.
Organization Development:
Ensuring conformance to the optimum organization structure for the operation
Department so that resources are optimally utilized and communication can take

Training:
Identify the HR requirements and training needs for his employees to ensure
