Designed, managed and developed new features and modules - web version, electronic document support, production capture support, MS Office Integration, Business Process Automation integration, etc.
Gathered requirements and designed turn-key solutions for COLD, electronic and image document capturing for docsafeTM customers including SAMBA (KSA), National Commercial Bank (KSA), Jordan Kuwait Bank (Jordan)
Evaluated 3rd party hardware and software and designed integration with - Optical Storage, Image scanning/capturing solutions, Fax software, etc.
Invented and designed multiple product improvements: optimizing performance, handling high data and user volumes, supporting new technologies, etc.
Provided development level troubleshooting and continuous support for more then 20 clients, with installations varying from 5 to 3000+ users and document volumes reaching several millions, stored in RDBMS and Optical or Magnetic storage reaching thousands of gigabytes.
