• Lead the sourcing, material & logistics team to manage the complete supply chain circle of the company and shaped the collective approach with vendors to maximize the benefits as revenue streams partners.
• Maximized the use electronic procurement tool to implement the procure to pay integrated ERP system
and directed the Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen tools as part of continuous improvement in operations.
• Delivered the continuous scope expansion / customize design projects with business development team.
• Carried the workflow to engage and optimize the team productivity with growth & development plans.
• Directed all aspects of import & export operation from collection till receiving by end-user as a full cycle.
