DESIGNATION: ESTIMATION ENGINEER (COMMERCIAL)
Responsibilities
• Evaluate Customer Request for Tender / Bid / Quotation documents.
• Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes.
• Analysis of repair specifications forwarded by client.
• Coordinate with subcontractors / supplier / vendors / manufacturers to receive input on pricing on labor, materials and other costs.
• Participate pre and post bid meetings as required.
• Preparation of quotations for ship repair/new projects.
• Log proposals and tenders into SharePoint database and PACT Revenue ERP system for cost tracking and historical information.
• Review the cost impacts of changes advised by Client and incorporate impacts of approved changes into the project control budget and current cost forecast.
• Correspondence with original equipment manufacturers (OEM) for obtaining budgetary offer.
• Review and evaluate bid specifications, drawings.
• Preparations of time-cost quotations and competitive pricing of materials.
• Preparation of time-cost updates for vessels under repair.
• Preparation of stage and final invoices.
• Onboard inspections if necessary.
• Settlement of invoices with owner & Money realization

•Preparation of quotations for ship repair projects.
•Analysis of repair specifications forwarded by ship owner.
•Correspondence with original equipment manufacturers (OEM) for obtaining budgetary offer.
•Review and evaluate bid specifications, drawings.
•Preparations of time-cost quotations and competitive pricing of materials.
•Preparation of repair schedule for vessels under repair and firm stemmed.
•Preparation of time-cost updates for vessels under repair.
•Preparation of stage and final invoices.
•Onboard inspections if necessary.
•Settlement of invoices with owner & Money realization.
•Generation of financial reports, Keeping the records & files.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintain water quality in shift as per government rule.
• Inspect the treatment plant systems on a daily basis to ensure effective operations.
• Maintain the treatment plant systems.
• Maintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processes.
• Ensure an adequate supply of water for human consumption and fire fighting activities.
• Prepare work orders for servicing and repairs.
• Solid waste handling and storage
DESIGNATION: ENGINEER (COMMERCIAL) Responsibilities
•Assigned to Commercial Department for the selection and sizing of Control Valves, APRDS (Auxiliary Pressure Reducing & Desuperheater Station), SRV based on the Process data and customer specifications.
•Selection and sizing of Control Valves as per ANSI/ISA‐75.01.
•Techno - Commercial offer preparation as per the requirements of the customer and periodical review of offers.
•Post order processing and related activities like monitoring of manufacturing actions, Coordinating dispatch activities and preparation of final technical documentation for submission to customers.
•Interacting with foreign suppliers (Like HORA, Germany & KIEKENS, Netherland) for effective delivery of imported goods.
•Co‐ordination with customers for smooth execution of orders
