Commissioning, troubleshooting of the rotating equipment, turbines, compressors, pumps, ammonia industrial refrigeration, project Sorfert Algeria, ammonia and urea plant. Analyses of the fails, vibrations, temperature, flow.
Leading the technical department, maintenance technicians and technology technicians, taking care about the tools, production machines and buildings, application and keeping the TPM system, transfers of technologies, installation of the new technologies, commissioning of the new technologies, tasks solving as a project team member, continuously improvement, acquisition of the property and spare parts, determination of technical conditions for purchasing and selection the suppliers, monitoring, analysis and optimalization of the costs for management, maintenance and energies, checking and valuation of the employees.
Supervision of the technological parts erection, over - pumping stations, DG stations, compressed air stations, cooling water stations, water treatment plant, sludge treatment plant, cranes. Communication with suppliers, managing of the works supply and material supply, hand - over of the working areas, checking of the material supplies. Pre - commissioning activities. Checking the time plan, checking of the quality and completeness of the supplies.
Team leader for industrial operation employees: maintenance, operators, mechanicals, electricians, waste water treatment plant, technical recording of the restricted technical equipment, special inspections planning, preparing of the maintenance planes, coordination of the suppliers, organization of the employees trainings, keeping of the equipment operation - turbo compressors, screw compressors, over - pumping stations, boiler rooms, switchgears, electricity distributors, air handling units, stable fire fighting system, fire alarm system, waste water treatment plant, water treatment plant, settings the technical specifications for new equipment purchasing, commissioning of the new equipment, creating of the service contracts, recording of the equipment maintenance, reparation of the failures, special inspection, execution of the equipment reparation, execution of the operative and preventive maintenance, preparation of the assembly works calculations, realization of the installation works, correction in the technical documentation, analysis of the power consumption, reporting.
