Responsible for technical processes, logistics, budget and cost for several projects at the same time. Sourcing of service and resources, managing subcontractors. Managing several key accounts and keeping them within budget, overseeing projects and ensuring that deadlines are met. Strong focus on cost reduction and improving financial performance. Reporting to the branch manager (achieving KPIs, creation of financial reports) and cooperation partner with investors on site.
Business development and acquisition of new projects as well as maintaining relationships with investors and public clients, as well as creation of new proposals.
Digitalization and implementation of new accounting and ERP software, implementing 5D construction software and invoice tools. IT Project Management combined with coaching of the branch managers on site, as well as agile adaptation of software solutions on demand, led a team of IT specialists.

- Austrian Power Grid (Location: Zell am Ziller) renovation of electrical plant and its equipment to improve performance
- Renovation of hanging bridge (Location: Hainzenberg) renewal of the supporting slopes during ongoing traffic operations
- Slope protection and ground-support on the highway (Location: L9)
- Hydroelectric powerstation conception and pipe works (investor: Geppert GmbH)
- Diverse construction & communication sites (electrical communication), E-mobilitiy Projects - supercharger stations (Tesla, TIWAG, County of Tyrol, ..)
Detailed cost management of diverse portfolios (substructures and infrastructures), completion of cost proposals, ongoing cost analysis and reports to company CFO & investor, support and communication with on-site management. Good knowledge of construction contracts, detection of potentional saving depending on current contracts and local on-site conditions

- Parcour sport center - playground, parkour, outdoor gym (Investor: Neue Heimat)
Construction Site Manager for over 20km of tunnel (advance both in drill and blast- 5 locations & TBM method -1 location, both simultaneously) managing a team of 120+ blue collars and 8 white collars. On site support and direct communication with investor regarding on-site conditions, geological reports, risk management, managing material flow and SCM for large construction site. Technical reports and analysis for branch manager, supporting commercial department, supporting the commercial department during claim management meetings.

Tunneling Site Joint Venture Tulfes-Pfons (Strabag AG with Salini Impregilio 50/50) drill & blast, TBM advance total distance of est. 21km, Project Volume: 1, 6 Bio. EUR
Technical on-site management and support, responsible for quick decision making based on geological conditions and creation of technical and geological reports, personell management and shift plans, distribution of human resources and optimisation of material flow. On site communication with supervisors concerning time schedule, budget capacities and strong compliance to quality and safety standards.
