Prepare the business plan for the key account management
managing major account at Head office Level in the company ( i.e. Toys R Us, Hamleys, Kiddy Zone, Toy Store ( Hallmark), Gulf Greeting, Entertainer, all Ferrari Stores in UAE, Virgin Mega Store, ....etc)
Where directed, identify sales opportunities, networking and fact-finding and calling on and closing new accounts
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning
Deployment and management of sales personnel Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
Attending all the internal and external customer meetings to perform duties and aid business development.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution and identify high performers
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Communicate approved retail activities, promotional plans, merchandising and new item authorizations with the Retail Team to ensure relentless retail execution
To manage conflict and come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies
Working closely with the store manager to ensure the budgeted sales volume and profit targets are achieved in my departments (handle 10 employees with 3 department activities)
Ensure that customers expectations are met in highest professional standards and in consistent with the company policies and Balancing customers demands against company’s interest, responding to customer complaints and comments
Communicating and executing the store objective through effective management of the store team and Ensure that the sales team is accurately and timely informed of company profile, new lines in the business, promotional campaigns and related matters of the company
Accountable for the P&L of the store
To motivate and guide store staff to ensure smooth functioning of all store procedures and to create a high level of customer service
To ensure that sales floor is presentable in accordance with Principles standards
Responsible for managing large retail sections and ensuring procedures in relation to customer care, staff training / development and administration are carried out to company's standard.
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews as well as providing or organizing training and development
