• Responsible for Tiles, sanitary Sales in Local Market and project.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, email, Fax.
• Timely handling of customer complaint and updating with feed backs.
• Meeting with customers, Launch & promote the new products.
• Generate quotations in response to sales enquiries.
• Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the sales manager in order to increase sales and strengthen the position and image of our brands.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• Explaining all the technical information of the products as well as communicating the mode of use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Support the sales team in achieving the sales objectives.
• Eager to independently take the “extra step” providing exceptional customer service
• Participate in other as-needed customer service and sales support activities
• Perform all other duties as requested
• Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan.

• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by mail, telephone, and personal visits.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

• Capable of explaining all the technical information of the products as well as communicating the mode of use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way.
• Deliver, comment and negotiate the quotations with the customer.
• Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Responsible for Tiles, sanitary Sales in Local Market and project
• Create data base & Search for Architect / Contactor/ Engineer contacts who could benefit from company business objective or services and maximizing customer potential in designated region.
• Visit Architect / Contactor/ Engineer in the region. Establishing new and maintain existing, long-term relationships with the Architect / Contactor/ Engineer
••Managing and interpreting Architect / Contactor/ Engineer requirements - listening to clients and hold meetings to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs.

•Arranging loading plan, and co-ordinate with transportation department for Loading.
•Coordinate with stock in charges and stock keeper for loading, material arrangement, sample arrangement, loading inspection etc.
• Responsible for export Sales in region Iraq, oman, Pakistan, India, Jordan, Lebanon & some African countries.
