1. Supervise Deployment of all enhancments of Core banking System (EQUATION) in all arab bank gulf region (AE, QA, BH and YE)
- Business Analyst:
1.Define, gather and analyze business requirements of the assigned projects and the availability of these requirements on the core banking application or other Bank applications (IVR, IB, ATM, AS400, Equation …etc).
2.Review and study SRS provided by vendors and decide if it meets business requirements.
3.Conduct business gap analysis.
4.Conduct for business training.
•System Analyst:
1.Analyze the technical Requirements of the assigned projects.
2.Design Development Process of the projects.
3.Define Techniques used in systems development.
4.Define and design System Architecture for assigned projects and the way it will integrate with core banking application “EQUATION” or any other Applications (Phone Banking, Internet Banking, SMS banking …etc).
5. Participate in different project phases by (RFB preparation, System analysis documents, system architecture design… etc).
6.Supervise development process.
7.Conduct technical gap analysis.
8.Review and study SRS provided by vendors and decide if it meets technical requirements.
9.Conduct technical training.
•Senior Developer: Develop and supervising development process according to SDLC.
•Tester & QA:
1.Responsible of applying bank's QA standards on the assigned projects (e.g. Test Case, Develop Testing Scenarios… etc) using IBM Rational Tool.
2.Prepare different QA documents (Master test plan, UAT documents, Deployment Plan, System Fail over plan, …, etc)
3.Supervise system testing process.
•Project Coordinator:
