Client: Sadara Petrochemical Project (DOW/Saudi Aramco) Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Oversees construction management project control functions for the Utilities, Power & Infrastructure (UPI), Site Development & Logistics (SDL) and Chemicals II projects on a world scale petrochemical program
• Highly accountable position continually reporting to the client/corporate management on a project with a value of $3 Billion.
• Negotiating cost and implementing cost savings where possible by increasing efficiencies and adjusting processes.
• Management of a multinational team of 25 staff including project controls specialists / cost engineers.
• Promoted employee development with regular training and performance appraisal
• Management oversight of change, risk and audit
• Championed a safety culture and safe working practices amongst personnel not previously exposed to the oil and gas industry.
Client: Petroplus Marketing and Refining Limited, Coryton Refinery, Essex, United Kingdom
• Project Control Management of small capital and operational projects up to a $10million value.
• Oversaw a range of services including the preparation of work packages, cost estimates and schedules.

Client: London Underground Connect Project
• Business Services Manager on a joint venture between Fluor, Motorola and Thales to upgrade the telecommunication systems on the London Underground network.
• Successfully managed a favourable commercial close-out of two principal subcontractors, valued at over £150M as well as the recovery of £60m on claims for costs.
• Contingency planning and problem solving around access limitations of a live underground network.
• Promoted to BSM based on quality of work delivered to handle project and commercial close out.
• Management of a small team of cost engineers, document controllers and administration staff
• Managed cost and financial controls of total revenue of (£600m and spend in excess of £500m).
• Verified and calculated Liquidated Damages.
