Client: Sadara Petrochemical Project (DOW/Saudi Aramco) Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

• Oversees construction management project control functions for the Utilities, Power & Infrastructure (UPI), Site Development & Logistics (SDL) and Chemicals II projects on a world scale petrochemical program
• Highly accountable position continually reporting to the client/corporate management on a project with a value of $3 Billion.
• Negotiating cost and implementing cost savings where possible by increasing efficiencies and adjusting processes.
• Management of a multinational team of 25 staff including project controls specialists / cost engineers.
• Promoted employee development with regular training and performance appraisal
