Safety management system
• Support Implementation, maintenance of safety management system (operating model) for employees, contractors and End users.
• Provide advice and support to unit head on matters affecting safety.
• Work with customers and partners, including KONE subcontractors to drive implementation in a management system approach.
• Support in developing, reviewing and implementing of crisis and emergency response plans
• Maintain and develop safety documentation together with the unit safety team
• Drive Business unit safety committee and other safety forums
Risk management & Monitoring
• Monitor and develop safety risk management processes, and risk assessment for high risk tasks.
• Collect and measure the leading and lagging indicator and review with management for improvement area.
• Perform Internal safety audits to verify compliance, and support in external audits with ISO standards and customers.
• Assist line management in safety audits/visits and support the audit process improvement
• Analyse and investigate incidents. Support the investigation process improvement
• Manage corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement

Description - Main Responsibilities
Tracking/monitoring of trainings, JRA, audits & audit corrective actions, inspections & corrective actions; man hours reporting and incident reporting.
Develop of procedures, Standard Practices, forms, training modules and communications.
Data Management - Document control, record keeping, review and revision of standard works.
Additional responsibilities -
Conducting Management reviews, internal audits, and trainings for employees and contractors as and when required.
