- Developing new and existing business relationships.
- Developing strategies to hit or exceed sales targets, regardless of the size of the outlet or products offered.

- Performing regular customer contact and portfolio review.
- Maximizing income from portfolio by understanding clients’ requirements.
- Serving as a brand ambassador for the culture and values of the bank during interactions with clients and in public behavior.
- Educating the customer about the organization’s services and products and directing them towards available resources for self-help.

- Assisting in preparation of bank Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Being a key member in the team implementing the HMI (CPRs/CPLs) System.
