Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices for various locations in USA and worldwide. $21 billion in annual sales, 97, 000 employees and 70 manufacturing and technology research centers in 2015.
•Serve as a key member of North American Field Leadership Team and HR Leader to corporate headquarters with dual reporting to President, North America and SVP, Global HR.
•Currently serving as Acting HRD in additional to supporting my client group includes global manufacturing sites and IT covering 10, 000 employees at 17 sites manufacturing appliances (washers, dryers, )
•Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling.
•Review workforce planning issues with executive team and business leaders and present recommendations. Work with the department representatives to finalize the structures and communicate outcomes.
•Created a workforce plan that allowed us to achieve an average of 9% revenue growth with 30% fewer locations and 14% fewer employees, yielding improved revenues per location/employee.
•Perform root-cause analysis of escalated employee issues, identify trends, and make recommendations to leadership.
•Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis into issues of organizational efficiency, reconcile conflicting or incompatible information and report out to leadership.
Serve as Senior HRM supporting more than 100 restaurants and 1500 employees in Houston working for this large franchisee of Yum! brands restaurants.
•Heavy talent acquisition including recruiting, selecting, on-boarding, and training employees.
•Manage the HR team through performance management, coaching, and counseling.
•Heavy employee relations and safety training for all restaurants in my region.
•Manage, coach, and develop a team to enable individuals to reach their highest potential; provide direction, coaching, and support to team members as needed.
•Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings.

•Partnered with regional HR directors and sales managers to identify key attributes, development assignments and performance metrics to ensure high potential candidates grew in developmental roles.
