Participating with HR Manager in the area of Restructuring and Rightsizing for the group companies .
- Serves as an agent of change in support of company efforts
-Developing and creating job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee for all levels & professions in different industries .
- Creating organizational charts and headcount reports on a monthly basis.
- Developing company policies and procedures to have an internal control
system.
- Structuring competencies framework (Core- Functional- Leadership-
Matrix per position)
- Conduct effective induction programs to familiarize newly hired with the
company’s culture, benefits, and policies.
- Structuring KRAs and ensure Role clarity across the Organization.
- Formulating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives in order
to measure employees’ performance in an accurate manner.
- Implementing the performance appraisal plan in regards to
competencies and rating scales and making recommendations to achieve
the best results in assessing employees’ performance.
- Following up on performance improvement plans for employees with
1 /Recruitment tasks :
- Sourcing and screening candidates from various online channels (social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, etc. ) .
- Screen incoming C.Vs and application forms .
- Interview candidates ( phone, video and in-person) .
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page and social media .
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates .
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits .
- Conduct Exit Interviews for the resigned employees.
- Coordination with managers to identify future hiring needs .
- Responsible for recruitment reports such as: (Turnover report - Exit report - workforce
planning ).
- Design and update job descriptions .
- Conducting job analysis ( JD - JS ) .
- Preparing workflow and design it on visio ( flowchart ) .
- Recruitment planning and recruitment cost ( Manpower Planning)
•Responsible for recruitment and selection process for both white and blue collars levels through communicating with departments, meeting with managers to decide the recruitment needs and create the recruitment plan.
•Monitoring the personnel requisition forms after getting the lines managers’ approvals.
•Coordinating with the recruitment agencies/ websites.
•Receiving and screening CVs, and conducting telephone interviews.
•Calling the nominated candidates and conducting initial interviews.
•Arranging the technical and final interviews with the line managers.
•Conducting the comparative analysis for the final shortlisted candidates.
•Preparing offer letters and the orientation program for the newcomers.
•Identifying the new employees with the internal work regulation and the system of the Company.
•Responsible for recruitments forms to be prepared and developed.
•Keeping recruitment database updated and building a pool of qualified candidates.
•Developing and updating job analysis and job descriptions.
•Responsible for directing day-to-day activities in the recruitment department.

•Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations in internal courses.
•Analyze all courses` evaluations.

•Prepare the performance appraisal forms.
•Conduct performance appraisal for the probation period and follow up with the line managers.
•Prepare the yearly performance appraisal forms, categorize the results, announce the top achievers, and apply raises, promotions, and layoffs.
• Responsible for recruitment and selection process for both staff and blue collar level.
• Monitoring the personnel requisition forms after lines managers’ approvals.
• Coordinating with the recruitment agencies.
• Receiving and screening CVs, conducting telephone interviews.
• Calling the nominated candidates and arrange interviews.
• Preparing offer letters for the newcomers.
• Preparing the medical checkup forms for the accepted candidates.
