o Support system configuration and customization based on defined
specifications.

o Design & develop workflow cycle regarding to the customer business
requirements using IBM Maximo workflow.
o Responding to inquiries from users to provide technical assistance &
support.
o Data Analytics Requirements Collection, involving complete
configuration, analytics software tools installation, data reporting
business requirements and documentation of the specifications.
o Leading the BI developers and providing hands-on support to the team.

Futech Egypt – Maximo Data Gathering Specialist "On Job" 2008-2009 ü Specialties § Carrying out the site survey & data engineering activities. § Technical data capturing including mechanical, electrical and telecommunications assets' specifications and attributes. § Read and interpret site charts, P&IDs. § Building the assets & spare parts specifications, attributes, and classification library for the whole enterprise. § Developing and updating data gathering sheets § Performing data collection and data loading using MX tools for bulk data loading. Performing data quality & health check; by verification & validation. § Support and train data collection teams of the client if required.
