Follow up the movement of suppliers and matching their balances
Preparing the vat report
Documented cash, credit, fixed assets
Settlement of the accounts of each employee
Receiving and verifying the petty cash and settling their expenses
Reconciling the bank balance with the accounting system
Issuing a monthly suppliers report & any reports requested by the line manager
Working on odoo accounting system
Manage all general accounting payments (suppliers, expenses)
Preparing tax returns and ensuring that they are paid on time
Documenting purchases and sales movements through the ERB system
Follow up all accounting transactions
l Opening new accounts for the clients, suppliers
Provide the manager with the reports such as(suppliers and clients aging)
Working on Almotakaml accounting system
