• Developing and executing sales strategies that are designed to meet the needs of customers
• Coordinating with other members of the organization, such as account managers, to ensure that customer needs are met
• Presenting proposals for new projects or services based on customer requirements.
• Responsible of searching and prepare all the tender’s documents along with technical and commercial proposals and finalizing contracts with clients.
• Track all ongoing projects process and payment state to make smooth operation process.
• Creating documentation of new projects or services to help ensure that they are implemented successfully
• Search for joint venture and alliances related to Sustainability
• Assigning duties and responsibilities to all Inspectors and managing all day to day operations of planning, inspections, report reviews and ensure customer satisfaction along with collections.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance tasks on the inside and outside of hospital buildings
• Calibrate and repair pneumatic systems to ensure constant delivery of utility services to patients and hospital staff
• Maintenance of the electric power station and conducting the necessary tests periodically
• Managing maintenance projects
• Maintenance of Hospital accommodation
• Doing lectures about Maintenance departments codes for hospital staff
• designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
• carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
• monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
• Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in
case of breakdowns.
