- Ensuring the completeness of employee documents and keeping them in special files for each employee according to the requirements of the job file, updating the database of employees and their qualifications periodically, and maintaining data integrity.
- Keeping all documents related to employees in their files with complete confidentiality and follow-up about personnel procedures.
- Retain and archive all decisions of appointments, promotions, resignations, and vacations
