Tasks
• Carrying out preservation and archiving work, so that documents and papers can be easily accessed in a timely manner to serve the administration in decision-making
• Follow up on the travel details of the engineers in charge of examining the equipment, like invitation letters and preparing their documents for the inspection mission.
• Receiving incoming mail, directing it, following it up, classifying it, and presenting it to the administration
• Carrying out translation work for engineers reports.
Tasks
• Making Quotations for the clients according to the company price list.
• Responsible for preparing the documents of the contract (inspection certificates, company oficial records, insurance, preparing safety tools.
• Responsible for the Engineers and scafolders filling system
• Responsible for translating medical reports for any accidents that occur on sites and translating engineers reports
• Handling the administrative tasks of the contract department.
Tasks
• Responsible for organizing the Chairman appointments and arrange the priorities of his agenda.
• Coordinates & manages leaderships meetings, creates agendas, records meeting minutes calendar and paperwork, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Makes business travel arrangements, prepares travel expenses for leadership and/or team members with Purchase Order handling.
• Organize meetings, events, visits in terms of agenda, logistics preparation and inform all impacted parties in adequate time.
• Handles and keep up with ofice supply inventory.
Tasks
• Responsible for organizing the Chairman appointments and arrange the priorities of his agenda.
• Making the Chairmans correspondences and sending his all mails
• Carrying out the internal administrative tasks of the ofice, such as receiving calls, making files, handling the tasks of courier companies, and sending faxes
• Take charge of the companys internal purchases
• Record all meetings of the Board of Directors in memos as reference.

• Handling the financial afairs of the branch (incomings &expenses)
• Carrying out the internal administrative tasks of the branch.
• Following up the projects and orders with the clients, workshops and suppliers.
• Handling the files system.
• Arrange projects delivery dates with clients.
