Company Activity Summary:
Company was established in 2006. It is main activity is general trading and contracting specialized in the governmental infrastructure contracting works such as “bridges and roads” and private contracts. Moreover have “asphalt plant” factory owned by the company. Our main contractor is the USA - army (Arifjan camp).
Job Responsibilities:
•Liaise with external auditors.
•Budgeting controls of all ongoing projects.
•Supervise, participate and review the preparation of annual budget for performance measurement based on responsibility accounting system against established corporate goals congruence and initiate budgeting control to avoid any budgetary slack.
•Undertake analysis and interpretation of accounting information for management use to facilitate & assist in the decision-making process.
•Reviewing all on going project profitability and work in progress percentage on monthly basis.
•Budget preparation for all new budgets.
•close insight on all projects performance versus initial operating budget approved for any variations or expected losses for recorrecting the way of managing the projects before too late.
•Demonstrate an understanding and endeavor to achieve corporate short & long-term objectives, goals and increase shareholders worthiness.
•Endeavor to support the achievement of the Group goals and objectives through effective accounting (MIS), planning, control, financial and treasury management.
•Oversee cash management and prepare for any funding process required on a favorable term, based on planed capital structure, which serves the group strategic plan.
•Create, maintain and update financial policies and procedures.
•Establish, monitor and enhance a comprehensive internal controls system.
