• First Line Support
• Answer user inquiries regarding System Software or Hardware.
• Installing + configuring routers, and access points (all wireless devices)
• Troubleshooting all kinds of windows
• Installing + configuring all kinds of printers, Scanners.
• Fixing and repairing all kinds of hardware, software, laptops and desktops
