• Opening new accounts for the new investors and amendments to predefined accounts
• Deposit of payments for customer account, Trading and finance.
• Print out of statements accounts for investors on all movements.
• Follow up the foreign remittance between customers and back office.
• Deposit the received bank payments from liaison Officer bank.
• Assistant of issuance cheques and definition of clients.
The Group Finance
Customers Service
• Attending Customer and providing solution to their problems and information's.
• Receive the customer complaints, investigate and take action in coordination with the
Manager.
• Perform the Credit cards activities - like Active Cards, inactive Cards, increase and
decrease credit limits.
• Upgrade of the credit cards after reviewing their activities ( usage and payment).
• Receive new application, required documents and confirm.
• Custodian of the cards.
• Custodian of the security cheques.
