• Handling investigations, preparing disciplinary action letter and updating payroll as per disciplinary action penalties.
• Preparing the budgeted manpower plan, job descriptions, CV screening, interview schedules.
• Investigates and understands causes for staff absences, recommends solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties
• Implementing the annual appraisal process. Analyzing, tracking & linking the Performance appraisal outcome to the appropriate monetary reward & summarizing the same in a report to be submitted to the HR Manager.
• Processing all salary changes due to merit increases, promotions & pay adjustments &. Monitoring & updating salary rates and grading within the company to ensure internal & external equity.
• Reviews the data entered pertaining to newly hired / existing staff salary details on ERP system after receiving full documentation from the HR Employee Relations functions team
• Monitors and ensures the tabulation of staff’s monthly payroll are matching and based on the data received from department Managers or heads and prepares payroll report and submits it for further approval from the department Manager
• Oversees the accuracy of processing methods of all received requests for employee change of statuses, staff time sheets, overtime payment requests other HR or admin related requests in order to update necessary changes in the base pay and / or total salaries of employees on the ERP
• Processes all payments to employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts
• Communicates and follows up with Banks and Financial institutions for the processing of approved monthly payroll
• Prepares, distributes, and reports payroll, including but not limited to the calculation of wages, overtime, benefits, deductions, etc. to ensure compliance with local laws
• Performs work in such a manner to ensure timely payments and accurate
• Processes employee leaves, leave resumptions, leave approvals and salaries
• Responds to employees' and managers' payroll related questions and inquiries in a manner that supports the organization's culture of open communications and drive for excellence in customer service
• Ensures systems are set-up and updated to reflect current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time
• Reviews and verifies employee indemnities and processes payment upon receiving approval from Management
• Calculates and processes commission, bonus and other benefits according to the approved benefits and compensation matrix
• Facilitates meetings for the purpose of identifying appropriate actions, developing recommendations, and supporting other staff in all payroll related matters
• Monitors reports on payroll, deductions, leaves, loans, end of service calculations
• Maintains and tracks attendance of all employees and sends it to all concerned departments for necessary actions
• Monitoring Employee attendance and time sheets for every employee to ensure proper entry of data.
• Handling other administrative tasks such as:
 Supervising the administrative process for hiring Kuwaiti employees in the company with regards to social insurance, haikala, MOSAL etc.
 Monitoring all employee visas for issuance of new visas for local and overseas, renewal of visas, civil IDs, passport, company license and company accommodation contracts.
 Follow up with the Mandoops to ensure that duties assigned to them are completed in a timely and effective manner.
 Facility Management like monitoring staff activities within the accommodation, maintenance, getting estimates for new buildings as per management’s advice.
