- Handling, processing and verifying SEC Non-TUoS invoices and upload them in the dashboard for western, southern and central.
- Conducted semiannual meetings with SEC for the 2018-2019 to match SEC issued invoices with the paid invoices from Saudi Aramco, and solving the pending invoices from both sides.
- I was honored by the PSPD manager for the effort of verifying 2012-2018 Pending invoices with SEC that resulted in cost avoidance of SAR 400MM.
- We found some mistakes in western invoices (New Jeddah) that required conducting meetings and workshops with SEC to resolve all the issues by removing the Thuwal meters starting 2018 which resulted to cost reducing.
- Communicate and collect all the required documentations from Tihama (SGP, JGP, UGP, and RTR) such as signed linkage sheet, plant consumption, comparison sheet and upload them in order to insure the numbers are matching with Tihama invoices.
- PSPD OE assessment Rep. for 7 processes to insure and verifying that all the documentations and information needed are uploaded at the OE dashboard.
