Establishing the Investment Sites Unit and developing the mechanisms for the sustainability of investment opportunities in the region, duties included but not limited to:
• Improved the internal work flow by 80% by establishing a new window to connect all related departments which reflect positively on the socio-economic condition of the region.
• Completed investment studies for more than1800 projects\ sites.
• Review the suitability of investment opportunities with their locations by reviewing and aligning with the citys master plan.

• Overseeing 15 Local Municipalities in relation to maintaining, operating and managing public parks, recreation facilities, waterfronts and public squares.
• Review and endorsement of public service contracts to ensure compatibility, alignment and effectiveness of scope in such contracts.
• Strategic alignment with Vision 2030 and Green Saudi initiative.
• Member of the expenditure and projects efficiency committee in the Municipality.
• Member of vendor evaluation committee.
• Member of the visual distortion committee.
• Successfully accomplished maintenance of parks, recreations facilities, waterfronts, public squares resulting in a 45% reduction in customer complaints for quality of services.

• weekly, monthly and end of projects stage and status reporting.
• Physical sites surveys of managed project.
• Issuance of related Governmental, Quality, Health and Safety permits required for projects.
• Monitored project execution and guarantee on-time, on-budget and high quality project completion with a 0.3% reworks rate.
