JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation, reviewing and filing of Saudi Arabian annual Corporate Tax return, zakat return, Annual withholding tax returns, and withholding tax returns.
• Coordinating with the Saudi Arabian Tax authority to ensure the receipt of Corporate Tax and Withholding Tax certificate for the clients.
• Providing various advice to clients on Saudi Arabian Tax Laws and steps to comply.
• Ensuring compliance for preparation of Accelerated Tax payment.
• Handling clients on advisory related questions in line with Saudi Arabian Corporate Taxation.
• Handling queries and assessments after the filing of returns.
• Attending meetings with ZATCA officials to discuss cases related to the clients
• Supporting managers in handling various client data
• Handling Corporate Tax litigation and Controversy matters at appeal committees
• Representing the Company against Appeal Committee of Tax Violations and Dispute Resolution "TVDRC" and "TVDAC"
• Maintaining trackers and records on various activities on all Tax services provided to the client
• Portfolio management in terms of Pre engagement, onboarding, utilization, and billing process.
