Responsible for the hiring in western region of Saudi Arabia, including the full recruitment cycle. Analyze recruitment performance such as cost per hire and time to hire, and recommend changes and improvements as needed. Develop recruitment dashboards to evaluate the recruitment process performance. Prepare statistical reports on labor turnover and employment numbers by department. Manage PO purchase orders for the Talent Acquisition department.
