This position was part of team for project designed to improve youth abilities to get better chance in labour market.
My role included the following tasks:
-Arranging Appointments Concern work field.
-Making call to arrange interviews.
-Managing Meetings with Scholarship's applicants that include:
1-presentation about association and Scholarship.
2-arranging interviews
-Visiting Youth clubs, Churches and other association to attract beneficiaries
-Creating on line form using google drive to share it to our facebook ad and tracking it daily.
-Designing and keeping database for Applicants using MS Excel.
-Designing simple designs with Photoshop to share to Facebook page.
-Run facebook page which include posting and answering messages.
