frist of all i had been managing the department of food production in the Institute
I have been working as a trainer to all the subjects that required to pass diploma of my graduated students .
Subjects are like FOOD preservation basics, dairy chemistry, Human Nutrition, etc .
In the program of Empowerment we have worked in an organized work teams to make successful participable studies with societies worked with in order to make an investment good plans helps Yemeni Government to avoid the traces of crisis and help poor people build up their regions by getting the benefits of country sources
I was working for a main goal to enlarge the market share of YCGSI in western region of Yemen for not less than 4000 km2 area with a duty of reporting all new computational activities and provide the company by the useful information and data to control any problems on time . I have worked in a team work travelling to the far away villages making popular propaganda sell correlated with prizes and suitable prize to defence against the computational goods like WASHING machine powder ARIAL BY OUR DEVELOPED PRODUCT CRYSTAL and we have won in the end around year 2003 by having the biggest market portion.
i was responsible of keeping all the standard and specification under the system of ISO by sampling during the production different stags and for the finished products and making lab experimental tests: chemical and physical under the work instruction which mentioned in the ISO quality system and reporting to them to the upper manager in a routine reports after have the correct decision to mentain any deviation can be happened
i was working as a technical applicator of an electronic system panel that control mixing all the raw materiel of biscuit eg: flour ghee sugar water into 6 kneaders .
in addition to this, my irresponsibility is to organize the work essential in my division like worker and raw material like basic material which mentioned above and secondary materials like flavours .
I can say that my work in this place is as important as brain in Human body cos of influence to flowing sections of production stages in Biscuit plant.
our plant works under the ISO system and deals with some international trade marks of biscuits like teashop.
i have finish my work period according to self reasons which not relating to my efficiency of work
I had been graduated in the GPA 3 very good for 4 years getting the certificate of Bsc ( Bachelor degree ) in the field of FOOD SCIENCES & TECHNOLOGY . I was the prim o student and i have and appreciated by an award as a trip to The Arabic Syrian Republic provided by The Union of Arabic Universities in 8 - 1998
