• Shaping the foundation overall strategy. Developing strategic plans and assessing foundation performance. Conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions in accordance with OSI standards.
• Actively engaged in planning and implementing recruitment, selection, and training process for volunteers and staff.
• Improving the management and implementation of all projects & programs, through timely provision of inputs, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of activities.
• Leading the implementation of the projects, programs, education & trainings; ensure all involved staff follows them in to improve effectiveness & efficiency.
• Assisting in supervision for Global Volunteers Management System (GVMS).
• Managing the human resources of the projects and programs, including recruitment, monitoring, and performance management.
• Maintaining documentation for regularly implemented programs and events.
• Supervision of cargo and shipments clearance.
• Oversee OS Egypt Students Club.
