I joined with one of the largest companies in field of structural steel, plate-work, Machined spare-parts, storage tanks, steel towers and pre-engineered building, covering a lot of sectors like cement, fertilizer, steel mill, power plants and it has the capability to do turn-key mega projects like cement plant.
Focusing on:
• Finishing all registration documents with authorized sectors to take approval and to register to company’s vendor list.
• Making all necessary visits to clients, introducing our capabilities and how could we help them based on our machines, tools and our experience work, also we could invite them to visit our factory.
• Making all required communications by mail and phone to get new RFQs.
• Following up with commercial team to ensure that we give the client a competitive offer to get the PO.
• Preparing weekly reports for achieved work and making plan for next week duties.
• Attend industry conferences, seminars, monitoring all tenders in MENA area by registering on trusted and updated websites.

I worked for 9 years with a company which ARAMCO and SASO approved for fuel tanks as it also contractor for supplying services to ARAMCO.
The factory branch specialized in fabrication of all types of vessels, storage tanks, silos and trailers for (Oil, Fuel, Chemical, and Waste or Sweet Water) fabricated form carbon steel, galvanized steel or stainless steel.
Focusing on:
• Finishing all registration documents with authorized sectors to take approval and to
register to company’s vendor list.
• Making all necessary visits to clients, introducing our abilities and the services we
could do to them based on our previous works have and also we could invite them to
visit our factory.
• Making all required communications by mail and phone to get new RFQs.
• Following up with commercial team to ensure that we give the client a competitive
offer to get the PO.
• Monitoring the production process for any technical supports.
During this period, we achieved many big tenders from governmental sector, military sector, big transporting and contracting companies such as:
- ARAMCO.
- NWC (National Water Company).
- SEC (Saudi Electric Company).
- MOD (Ministry of defense).
- Shibh Al Jazera Contracting co.

• Arrange meetings and prepare presentation to the facilities and what we could do.

• Monitoring all tenders in MENA area by registering on trusted and updated websites.
• Follow-up with production department doing the necessary technical support.
During this period, I shared with many big projects in Egypt and other different countries, for example:
 Wadi El Nile Cement Co.: Raw mill, and many other parts.
 Dejalfa Cement Plant (Algeria): Raw mill, and some other parts.
 Haramain High Speed Rail Project (KSA): Rabigh Station.

Material Engineer في Beshay Steel Co

Duties & Responsibilities:-
Employed at Beshay Steel group, shared in building the steel parts of the group new factory (Egyptian
Sponge Iron Steel Co.(ESISCO)). Doing the Following Activities:-
Studying orders (Client DWGs, or creating it from the basic engineering design) making 3D Modeling
for equipments to check if there any necessary changes needed to be done to achieve the true design,
and check it with the main designer by sending Technical Queries or our modifying proposal. I do any
developed patterns for all sheet metal items using computer Programs(AutoCAD 2D&3D, Inventor,
Plate-in-Sheet and Autopol), preparing the Cutting list by using computer Program (Cut logic) or
manually, Preparing Material List (BOM), (MTO), (MSR) or (PR), and making any details Drawings
needed. Technical support for production department.
Achievements:
I carried out some big parts in the Melt-Shop such as:
* Top Gas Scrubber Vessel.
* Product Cooler Vessel.
* Purge Gas Tank.
* Feed Gas Duct line.
* Flue Gas Duct Line.
* Reformer Casing.

estimation engineer في ARESCO -ASEC

Employed within a Company Specialized in Production of Cement Equipments, Pressure Vessels, And
Ducting Pipe Lines. Doing the Following Activities:-
Studying orders (Client DWGs, or creating it from the basic engineering design) making 3D Modeling
for equipments to check if there any necessary changes needed to be done to achieve the true design,
and check it with the main designer by sending Technical Queries or our modifying proposal. I do any

Studying orders, calculate the required materials and estimate the cost of the order depending on the
type of the material and the fabrication required according to our scope of fabrication.

I carried out and shared in some big projects such as:
* F.L.SMIDTH : Saina Cement Plant Line II.
* ORASCOM :Al Atef power plant.

Purchase Engineer في Qarun Petroleum Co

Sending the R.F.Q.s to many vendors and receiving the offers and compare the commercial and
technical offers with other members then choosing the best offer and then sending the P.O. and follow
up the order till the material received to the company stores.

Workshop Engineer في Technological & Electrical System CO. (T.E.S)

Studying order, making the process sheet of the order for Metal-Cutting Works (by using CNC
machines & Traditional machines such as: Turning, Milling, Planning, Boring, Grinding and none-
Traditional machines such as Wire Cutting and Spark machines), check up at every stage and follow
up the job till it finish. Making reverse engineer for many complicated steel parts.
