1- Responsible for all Tendering and Cost Estimation for the Electrical Trades (Fire alarm system - Oil and Gas - LV systems - Low Current Systems) for MEP projects
2- Studying the provided documents of the Project/Tender like BOQ, Drawings, and Specifications.
3- Preparing quantity survey for lump sum project or items to prepare the Bill of Quantities & Material Take Off.
4- Sending RFQ's & Receiving quotations from Vendors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors and Make sure that the quotations comply with the project required and provided Specifications.
5- Review Vendors and Supplier's Quotations to determine the best price and delivery date.
6- Preparing the Technical & Commercial Proposals
as per required at tender documents.
7- Engage the preparation & compilation of the necessary documents, information & technical inputs required for the completion of tender documentation.
8- Responding to proposals, inquiries and clarifications and update the proposals accordingly.
